-
How to Make
Brew the Strawberry Kiwi Tea for 7–10 minutes. Strain and chill completely.
Place the strawberries, kiwi, basil and lime juice in a pitcher. Press gently with a muddler or wooden spoon to release the fruit juices without turning the basil bitter.
Add the chilled tea and simple syrup. Stir and let the fruit infuse for five minutes.
Fill two short glasses with crushed ice. Strain the tea for a polished drink or leave the fruit in for a rustic presentation.
Add sparkling water, stir gently and garnish with strawberry, kiwi and a fresh basil leaf.
Tea Substitution
Use Strawberry Sweetheart for a sweeter strawberry version or Summer Berries for a deeper mixed-berry drink.
