Fragrant jasmine tea and sweet melon create a delicate iced tea with a soft floral aroma and an elegant finish.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Steep time: 3–4 minutes
Chill time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Majestic Jasmine Tea
- 1½ cups hot water, below boiling
- 1 cup honeydew or cantaloupe cubes
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ cup cold water
- Honey, optional
- Ice and melon balls
How to Make
- Pour hot—not fully boiling—water over the Jasmine Tea. Steep for 3–4 minutes to avoid bitterness.
- Strain the tea, sweeten lightly if desired and refrigerate until cold.
- Blend half the melon with the cold water until smooth. Strain for a lighter texture, if preferred.
- Combine the melon mixture, chilled jasmine tea and lime juice in a pitcher.
- Pour over ice and garnish with melon balls or thin lime slices.
Tea Substitutions
- Rose Garden Tea for a stronger floral character.
- Moroccan Mint Tea for a cool melon-and-mint variation.
