Naturally blue tea, fresh lemon and juicy berries create magical frozen popsicles with beautiful blue-to-purple color.

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Majestic Blue Flower Tea
- 1½ cups freshly boiled water
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries or blackberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or simple syrup
- Thin lemon pieces, optional
How to Make
- Steep the Blue Flower Tea for 5–7 minutes, then strain.
- Add sweetener while the tea is warm. Allow it to cool completely.
- Divide the tea between two containers. Add lemon juice to one portion and watch it turn violet.
- Place berries and small lemon pieces inside the popsicle molds.
- Pour alternating amounts of blue and violet tea into each mold to create natural layers.
- Insert the sticks and freeze for 6–8 hours. Loosen the molds briefly with lukewarm water before serving.
Tea Substitutions
Blue Flower Tea is recommended for the color-changing effect.
Wild Berries Tea may be used for a berry-red variation.
Concord Grape Tea may be used for a purple variation.
