Minty Bliss Lime Margarita Mocktail with fresh lime and peppermint

Pure peppermint tea, fresh lime and orange make this caffeine-free margarita mocktail crisp, cooling and wonderfully refreshing.

Prep time: 12 minutes
Steep time: 3–5 minutes
Chill time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients

2 Majestic Minty Bliss tea bags

1½ cups freshly boiled water

¼ cup fresh lime juice

¼ cup fresh orange juice

1–2 tablespoons agave syrup

½ cup sparkling water

Ice

Lime wedges and fresh mint

Fine sugar or salt for the glass rims

  1. How to Make

Steep the Minty Bliss tea bags for 3–5 minutes. Remove the bags and allow the tea to cool before refrigerating.

Spread fine sugar or salt on a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rims of two glasses, then dip the rims into the sugar or salt.

Add the chilled peppermint tea, lime juice, orange juice and agave syrup to a shaker or tightly sealed jar with ice.

Shake for 10–15 seconds, until the mixture is extremely cold. Taste and add a little more agave if the limes are especially tart.

Fill the prepared glasses with fresh ice and strain in the mint mixture.

Top each glass with sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wheel and a generous sprig of fresh mint.

    Tea Substitution

Use Moroccan Mint for a more traditional green-tea mint character. Minty Bliss remains the best caffeine-free option.
