How to Make
Steep the Apple Spice Tea in the freshly boiled water for 4–5 minutes. Strain the leaves or remove the tea bags, then allow the tea to cool before refrigerating.
Pour the chilled tea into a small pitcher. Add the apple juice, fresh lime juice and maple syrup, if using, and stir until everything is well combined.
Taste the mixture before adding the fizz. Add a little more lime for brightness or a touch more maple syrup if your apple juice is especially tart.
Fill two short glasses generously with ice and divide the apple-spice tea mixture between them.
Slowly top each glass with chilled ginger beer. Stir only once or twice so the drink remains lively and sparkling.
Garnish with a fan of thin apple slices, a fresh ginger slice, a lime twist and a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.
Tea Substitution
Use Golden Grove for a soft peach-and-apricot orchard twist. For a caffeine-free version, use Rustic Charm Rooibos and add a small pinch of cinnamon.
