Creamy vanilla notes, fragrant bergamot and ripe blackberries give this sparkling tea mocktail a sophisticated afternoon character.

Cream Earl Grey Blackberry Fizz tea mocktail with blackberries and orange peel

Prep time: 12 minutes
Steep time: 4–5 minutes
Chill time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Majestic Cream Earl Grey loose-leaf tea

1½ cups freshly boiled water

¾ cup fresh blackberries

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon vanilla simple syrup

½ cup sparkling water

Ice

Blackberries and orange-peel twists

  1. How to Make

Steep the Cream Earl Grey Tea for 4–5 minutes. Strain promptly so the black tea does not become bitter, then refrigerate.

Place half the blackberries in a pitcher with the lemon juice and press gently.

Add the vanilla syrup and chilled tea. Stir until the berry juice creates a soft plum color.

Fill two short glasses with clear ice. Strain in the tea mixture for an elegant presentation.

Add sparkling water and garnish with blackberries and an orange-peel twist to echo the bergamot.

    Tea Substitution

Use Decaf Earl Grey for a caffeine-free version or Earl Grey for a brighter, less creamy bergamot profile.
