In our unwavering commitment to protecting the well-being of our valued customers, we maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards across every stage of production, packaging, and fulfillment.
Due to the consumable nature of our products and in accordance with food safety practices, all tea sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been shipped or delivered. This policy helps preserve product integrity and minimizes risks associated with the handling, storage, and transportation of consumable goods after they leave our facility.
Our team follows comprehensive safety and quality-control procedures to ensure every order is packaged with the utmost care and cleanliness. By limiting product returns, we are able to maintain the highest standards of freshness, hygiene, and customer protection.
Returns, replacements, or claim reviews will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Product arrived damaged during shipping
- Item was defective upon delivery
- Incorrect item was received
To submit a claim, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping box and any visible damage
Claims submitted outside of the stated timeframe or without sufficient supporting documentation may not be approved.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs where required.
- Monetary refunds are not provided for returned items.
- Approved claims will be compensated exclusively through store credit issued in the form of loyalty points redeemable toward future purchases.
Majestic Luxurious Tea reserves the right to refuse any return, replacement, or compensation request that does not meet the conditions outlined within this policy.
