The process of making jasmine tea is fascinating. To get started, pick up some high-quality green tea grown between the middle of March and the middle of May. The exquisite jasmine blossoms that bloom from the first of May to the end of the month are also crucial to the production of jasmine tea.

Fine green tea would traditionally be served with jasmine petals layered in between. Soon enough, the jasmine aroma was permeating the tea.
