By participating in the Majestic Luxurious Tea Loyalty Points Program, you agree to these Terms of Use. The program is open to individual customers who create a valid account on our website. Membership is complimentary, non-transferable, and limited to one account per person.

2. Earning Loyalty Points

• Earning Rate: Members earn points on qualifying purchases at a base rate of 10 points for every $1.00 CAD spent.

• Calculation: Points are calculated based on the final item subtotal after discounts and promotions have been applied.

• Exclusions: Points are not earned on shipping fees, delivery charges, or taxes.

• Processing: Points are automatically credited to your account once your payment is processed and the order is confirmed.

3. Value and Redemption

• Point Value: For redemption purposes, 10 points carry a reward value of $1.00 CAD (e.g., 100 points = $10.00 CAD discount).

• How to Redeem: Points can be applied in the “Your Order” summary box during checkout by expanding the “Apply loyalty discounts?” dropdown menu.

• Limitations: Points hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for physical cash, and cannot be transferred to other users or accounts.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Adjustments

• Returned Items: If an item or order is returned, refunded, or canceled, the loyalty points earned from that specific purchase will be automatically deducted from your point balance.

• Redeemed Points on Returns: If you return an item that was purchased using loyalty points, the points used will be refunded back to your account balance, rather than issued as cash.

5. Expiration and Program Changes

• Point Expiration: Points remain active as long as your account is in good standing. Majestic Luxurious Tea reserves the right to implement an expiration policy with prior notice to account holders.

• Modifications & Termination: Majestic Luxurious Tea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, its earning rates, or redemption values at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
